Cancellation Policy

Waiver of Liability I am at least 18 (or have parental consent) and voluntarily choose to participate in Studio Bruna Pole Dance activities. I acknowledge these activities involve exertion and risks. I will inform Studio Bruna Pole Dance of any medical conditions and authorize the studio to seek help if needed. By signing, I release Studio Bruna Pole Dance from liability for any injury or damage resulting from participation. Booking & Class Policies Class Booking: Classes must be booked in advance using credits on the Booking App. Spots are limited; booking closes 2 hours before class. Cancellation & Changes: Cancellations or changes must be made 12 hours in advance; otherwise, credits are forfeited. Waiting List: If a spot opens, the first on the waiting list is automatically added and notified. Others will have their credit refunded if they don't get a spot. Timetable: Studio Bruna reserves the right to adjust schedules. Changes are communicated via the Booking App, and participants are responsible for checking updates. Minimum Attendance: Classes require a minimum of 1 participant. If not met, class is canceled 2 hours before, and credits are refunded. Membership & Packages Credit Usage: Credits are for class bookings only and expire per membership/package terms. Benefits: Membership benefits may include discounts, guest passes, and event invitations. General Agreement Payment: Payment on the Booking App confirms acceptance of terms. Auto-Renewal & Pauses: Memberships auto-renew unless 14-day notice is given. Memberships can pause once for up to 10 days or up to 20 with medical documentation. Cancellation & Refunds: Memberships canceled with 14-day notice incur a 50% fee on remaining balance. Transfers are $50. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Provisions Changes to Terms: Studio Bruna may update policies, with changes sent via the Booking App or email. Facility Use: Members agree to use facilities responsibly and follow safety guidelines. Communication: Members must check for updates or changes via the Booking App, email, or text. Privacy Commitment Studio Bruna values privacy. Information is used only for studio operations and not shared without consent. Acceptance of Terms By signing up on the Booking App, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to Studio Bruna Pole Dance policies, terms, and the waiver of liability.
