Rental Options: Basic Rental of the Mobile Pole Dance: ($200) We offer the option to exclusively rent the Mobile Pole Dance, providing the freedom to incorporate the experience according to your event's vision. 12 hours rental Complete Package - Delivery, Setup, Teardown, and Pickup: (S280) Simplify the process! In addition to renting the Mobile Pole Dance, we offer additional services that include delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup. Our team takes care of all logistical details to ensure a worry-free experience. 12 hours rental Features of Our Service: Professionalism at Every Stage: Our team ensures that every detail, from delivery to pickup, is conducted with professionalism and efficiency. Effortless Setup and Teardown: Rest assured! We handle the setup and teardown of the Mobile Pole Dance, allowing you to fully focus on your event. To ensure a safe installation of the Mobile Pole Dance, please ensure that the venue meets a shed space with the minimum of 3.2m for ceiling height and 3m circumferential space. We offer the option to include a professional Pole Dance performance, providing captivating and inspiring entertainment for your guests. Transparent Documentation: We include a "Delivery and Return Inventory Checklist and contract" to ensure a smooth transition before and after the event, providing clear and transparent documentation. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Booking Confirmation 1.1. A booking is only confirmed once the damage deposit (bond) and rental fee have been paid in full. 1.2. The bond amount is $300 and must be paid at the time of booking or no later than one week before delivery. 2. Payment Terms 2.1. 50% of the rental fee, including the bond, must be paid via bank transfer, credit card, online payment and the remaining amount by 48h prior to the requested date. 2.2. A receipt and rental agreement will be provided upon payment. 3. Damage Deposit (Bond) 3.1. The bond is held as security against any damage, loss, or late return of the stage pole. 3.2. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 business days after the stage pole is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage or loss. 4. Delivery and Assembly 4.1. Delivery and assembly are scheduled for the [specified date and time] 4.2. The client must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and assist with assembly if needed. 5. Use and Care 5.1. The client agrees to use the stage pole according to the provided guidelines and ensure it is maintained in good condition. 5.2. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to Bruna, at poledancebruna@gmail.com and 0412666925. 6. Pick-Up and Return 6.1. Pick-up is scheduled for [specified date and time]. 6.2. The client must ensure the stage pole is disassembled and ready for pick-up at the agreed time. 7. Damage and Loss 7.1. The client is responsible for any damage or loss of the stage pole during the rental period. 7.2. If the stage pole is returned damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond. If the cost exceeds the bond, the client will be invoiced for the remaining amount. 8. Cancellation and Refunds 8.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund minus a [cancellation fee if applicable]. 8.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery will forfeit the bond. Client Acknowledgment I, the undersigned, have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Stage Pole Rental Agreement and agree to abide by them.
