The new May timetable kicks off today with some important changes that everyone should know about. We’re also saying goodbye to Immy, who has been a wonderful part of our community. Plus, there’s a new booking policy to keep classes running smoothly. On top of that, we have some exciting events coming up in June, July, and August that you won’t want to miss. Let’s dive into all the details so you can stay informed and get ready for a fantastic season ahead.

Effective from 7th of May 2026
What’s New in the May Timetable
This May, we’ve made several adjustments to better fit everyone’s needs and keep our classes engaging and well-organized. Here are the key updates:
Class Times Shifted: Some classes have new start times to avoid overlap.
New Classes Added: We’ve introduced a couple of fresh sessions based on your feedback, including a weekend morning stretch
These changes aim to improve your experience.
Saying Goodbye to Immy
It’s with mixed emotions that we announce Immy will be leaving us this month. Immy has been a dedicated instructor and a friendly face in our community. Her passion and energy have inspired many students, and she will be greatly missed.
We want to thank Immy for all her hard work and wish her the best in her new adventures. There will be a farewell gathering during her last class in May, and everyone is invited to join and share their memories.
New Booking Policy to Keep Classes Running
To ensure classes run smoothly and everyone gets the best experience, we’ve introduced a new booking policy:
Minimum of 3 People Required: Each class needs at least three bookings to be confirmed. If fewer than three people book, the class will be canceled.
Semi-fixed Booking: We expect that all intermediate/ advance student have a fixed day of training pole fit and book ahead for the entire month.
Cancellation Awareness: Last-minute cancellations affect other students and the teachers. We ask everyone to be mindful and cancel as soon as possible if you can’t attend. We currently require 12h notice.
This policy helps us avoid canceled classes and ensures that teachers and students get the most out of every session.
Why Being Mindful About Cancellations Matters
When someone or studio cancels at the last minute, it disrupts the flow of the class and can leave teachers and other students disappointed. Here’s why your consideration matters:
Teachers Prepare in Advance: They plan lessons and bring materials based on the number of attendees.
Other Students May Miss Out: If a class is canceled due to low attendance or a spot is being awaited in the WAITLIST everyone loses the chance to practice.
Class Atmosphere: A full class creates better energy and motivation for everyone,
If you need to cancel, please do it as early as possible. This simple act helps keep the community strong and classes enjoyable.
